Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Service Description

PrimeStream4k provides a VPN service that allows you to secure your internet connection, protect your privacy, and access content securely. The Service is provided on a subscription basis, and availability may depend on your location, device, and internet connection.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. PrimeStream4k is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account information.

Each account is limited to a maximum of 6 active connections at any one time, as per our highest plan. Exceeding this limit may result in account suspension or termination.

4. Usage Policy

You agree to use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You may not use the Service to engage in activities that harm PrimeStream4k, its users, or its infrastructure, including but not limited to excessive usage beyond the allowed 6 active connections, attempting to bypass service limits, or interfering with the Service’s functionality.

5. Payment and Billing

Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly, quarterly, or annually, depending on your plan). You authorize PrimeStream4k to charge your selected payment method for the subscription fees. If a payment fails, we may suspend your access to the Service until payment is received.

If you are using PayPal as your payment method and wish to cancel your subscription, you must text us at 727-746-0244 or message us on our Facebook page to request cancellation. This ensures we can properly terminate your PayPal auto-subscription and prevent further charges. To help us locate your account, please include the email you used when signing up and the username you received upon purchase.

All fees are non-refundable except as outlined in our Refund Policy below.

6. Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for new customers, subject to the following terms:

6.1 Eligibility for Refunds

The 7-day money-back guarantee applies only to your first month of subscription. You may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase date if you’re not satisfied with PrimeStream4k.

This guarantee is available only for new customers and does not apply to subscription renewals or subsequent billing periods.

To qualify, your account must not show excessive usage. Excessive usage is defined as more than 6 active connections at any one time within the 7-day period, which exceeds the maximum allowed under our highest plan. This ensures the guarantee is used for genuine dissatisfaction, not to exploit the service.

6.2 Non-Refundable Situations

No refunds will be granted for subscription renewals or charges after the initial 7-day period.

Refunds will not be issued if you’ve used the service extensively (as defined above).

Issues outside our control, such as your internet connection speed, device compatibility, or inability to access specific content due to third-party restrictions, do not qualify for a refund. We recommend reviewing our setup guides or contacting support for assistance.

6.3 How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, text us at 727-746-0244 or message us on our Facebook page within 7 days of your initial purchase date. You must include the email you used when signing up and the username you received upon purchase so we can locate your account. Please also provide a brief reason for your request.

We’ll review your account activity to confirm eligibility. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

Note: Any third-party fees (e.g., payment processing fees) are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount, if applicable.

6.4 Cancellations After 7 Days

If you’re beyond the 7-day guarantee period, you can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle, and no further charges will apply. However, no refunds will be provided for the current billing period.

7. Termination and Suspension

PrimeStream4k reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion, including for violations of these Terms, non-payment, or excessive usage (e.g., more than 6 active connections at any one time). Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease, and no refunds will be provided for any remaining subscription period, except as outlined in the Refund Policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

PrimeStream4k provides the Service on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, PrimeStream4k will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or business opportunities.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state or country where PrimeStream4k operates, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
